Sivan’s Fresh Green Salad

Sivan assures us that the left­overs of this fresh, healthy and delicious green salad are even better.

Ingredients

1/2 green cabbage shredded

1 fennel bulb sliced thin

4 celery ribs chopped (leaves included, if available)

3 green onions chopped

1 green apple sliced thinly and into strips. For an extra

kick, add 2 Serrano chilies with seeds

1/2 bunch chopped fresh mint

1/2 bunch chopped fresh cilantro

1/3 cup olive oil

1/3 cup fresh lemon juice

1 tbsp. salt

Directions

Chop, slice, toss and enjoy!
