The Nosh’s Famous Gluten Free Potato Latkes

Yield 6 large latkes

Ingredients 

3 medium russet potatoes 

4 large eggs 

1 3/4–2 oz rice flour (about 1/3 cup) 

1/2 tsp salt 

1/2 tsp white pepper (small pinch) 

Oil for frying

Directions 

Peel and shred potatoes on the large holes of a box grater. Whisk eggs in a separate bowl. Combine everything in one bowl and mix well. 

Heat pan on high, add a generous layer of oil, and fry until golden and crispy on both sides. 

That’ll get you 6 legit, deli-style latkes.
